Oppo N1 smartphone with rotating camera launched at Rs 40,000

Chinese firm Oppo has launched smartphone Oppo N1 at Rs 40,000 in India. This launch marks the Chinese firm's entry into India. It has a 13 megapixel camera with 206 degree rotation with dual-LED flash, the firm says on its website.

The camera will firmly lock in position at any angle without shaking or moving while the shot is framed.


Oppo N1 comes with a large 5.9-inch full-HD IPS display.  The phone is powered by a 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor and 2GB RAM. The smartphone runs a highly customised version of Android 4.2 (Color ROM). It sports a 13MP camera placed on a rotating swivel capable of rotating 206 degree The smartphone is backed by a 3610mAh battery and comes in 16 and 32GB storage variants. Connectivity options include WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and DLNA.
