German luxury car makers, BMW have announced that all models falling in both BMW and MINI product range will come in at a price increase of 7 – 10% from 1st January 2013.
This price hike is part of the company's sustainable and profitable growth strategy and decisions on price increase are being taken after due consideration to ensure that they pay off in the long run.
BMW 1 Series, 3 Series, 5 Series, 7 Series, X1 and X3 are all produced at BMW Plant in Chennai, while BMW 6 Series Coupe, 6 Series Convertible, 6 Series Gran Coupe, X5, X6 and Z4 are on sale in India as Completely Built-up Units alongwith BMW M5, M6 Coupe, M6 Convertible, 6 Series Individual and 7 Series Individual.
Where the MINI range is concerned, MINI Countryman is locally manufactured at the BMW Plant in Chennai, while MINI Hatch and MINI Convertible are imported in India as Completely Built-up Units.
Each of these products is outstanding in appeal, engineered to perfection and is premium luxury products which cater to the demand of an exclusive range of customers. Those customers purchasing a BMW or MINI brand prior to January 1, 2014 can avail of a range of convenient and customized financial solutions by BMW Financial Services India and MINI Financial Services India while lease of these models by both individuals and corporate will also be offered.
