Cityzen Sciences, an innovative French startup company, has created a smart shirt that will help people to ascertain their physical condition. These specially designed shirts will get to know when the person wearing it is tired, excited or unwell.
Main Feature of this shirt is that it is made of 'Smart Sensing' material that is capable of capturing data about the user. This captured data will then be transmitted to the place of label with the help of a small battery-powered unit sewn discretely.
It has been reported that the information related to the person is sent to the Smartphone through a wireless network, which will maintain an application chart to alert user of potential physical problems.
France-based Cityzen Sciences has created this shirt that can read body heat, heart rate, motion and location of a person wearing it. With the gradual increase in field of science, new technologies are being developed whether in field of medical science, engineering or chemical science. At CES 2014, many technology companies have stressed on wearable technologies.
This new shirt has been created with an aim to warn people in advance about the coming heart ailments and other health related diseases. This will help user them in taking preventive measure at the right time.
Gilbert Reveillon, international managing director at Cityzen, said that his company is planning to create gloves, shirts, pants, and any other clothing out of same material. 'Wearable Tech' is the buzzword and in future, we might see more such products.
