Talwars deny net use - Times of India

NEW DELHI: Dr Rajesh and Nupur Talwar on Friday continued their final arguments in the Aarushi-Hemraj murder case in the Ghaziabad court slamming CBI's theory of Talwars using internet router all night. Talwars' counsel Tanveer Ahmed Mir said that the CBI's false theory of internet router being switched on and off continuously by Talwars fails the test of admissible evidence and hence should be rejected.

Mir said that internet router theory was used by CBI in media and a tirade had started showing that Talwars were not asleep that night and were active on computer. "CBI's theory is based on only one witness and a document. The nodal officer of Airtel, Deepak Ka nda, who is not even a technical officer, gave a statement saying the internet router can be switched on and off physically. His evidence is hearsay," said Mir.
