New Delhi: A number of Google users have reported that they experienced a partial outage in free email services of Google on Monday noon in especially in India, Middle East and Southeast Asia.
According reports, many users experienced the trouble of 502 error which was later confirmed by the Google that it was investigated the problem with the Admin control panel, then with Google Mail, then Google Drive, and later, Google Documents, Spreadsheets and Presentations.
Sporadically, the issue had affected less than 0.75 per cent users, according to the message posted by Google at 1:50 pm.
This was the third time in just two weeks Google suffered from outages problem. Earlier the problem was reported on May 2 and May 8.
Later, the problem was resolved at 2:25 pm, a message was posted on dashboard by Google with an apology to their users.
The company said, "The problem with Gmail should be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. please rest assured that system reliability is a top priority at Google, and we are making continuous improvements to make our systems better."
