'Chevrolet Enjoy MPV to launch in the next few months' - Daily Bhaskar

New Delhi: In a bid to capture a slice of the fast-growing MPV/ compact SUV segment in India, General Motors is all-set to launch its Chevrolet Enjoy MPV in the next few months. The statement came at the launch of Chevrolet Sail sedan, built on the same platform as the Sail U-VA and GM's latest offering in the saloon segment in India. (Read: Chevrolet Sail sedan launched, price begins Rs 4.99 lakh) Chevrolet Enjoy MPV was first unveiled at the Delhi Auto Expo held in January last year. The vehicle will be available in both petrol and diesel variants. It will be powered by a 1.4-litre petrol 95PS dishing out 127Nm of torque or the 1.3-litre diesel fiat multi jet  engine which is a 90PS machine, dishing out 200Nm of torque.  The transmission will be a 5-speed manual for both.  The trial production of the vehicle had begun at the Halol plant in India, and the commercial launch had earlier beeen scheduled for December this year.
