Click on this page and check of your phone is eligible for exchange by entering the brand name, model name and IMEI number of the phone. You have to dial *#06# to know the IMEI number of your phone. Now fill the details of your old phone in the Exchange Offer form.
Now place the order. The new Moto G will be shipped to you by Flipkart. When you receive your new handset, give the old phone (in working condition) at the time of delivery.
