The bike powered by a 249 cc four stroke engine will be retailed through all 36 DSK Hyosung brand outlets spread across the country, the company said in a statement.
Commenting on launch, DSK Hyosung Chairman Shirish Kulkarni said: "Popularly known as 'The Big Boy', GT250R has always received an exceptional response from the superbiking community in India...I am confident that this exciting avatar will appeal to the new-age speed aficionados...".
DSK Hyosung superbikes are assembled and marketed in India by DSK Motowheels, a part of the diversified DSK Group under license from Hyosung, a part of South Korea's S&T Motors.
