Micromax is all set to launch the Canvas Knight Smartphone tomorrow. This is company's first Octa-Core smartphone and was first launched in Russia during the operation launch there. With this device Micromax marked its global presence and looks to compete with Samsung on a global scale. Micromax is No. 2 in India while Samsung ranks No. 1 both in India and globally. It would be interesting if Micromax is able to lure global consumers with its attractive prices. The Canvas Knight is expected to cost around Rs 22,000 some what similar to the launch price of the Canvas Turbo smartphone.
Talking about the Canvas Knight smartphone, it is powered by an Octa-Core processor with a clock speed of 1.7GHz per core. The device has a 2GB RAM on board abreast of a 32GB ROM. The device looks very attractive and has some cool features loaded in it. There is a 16MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera for photography and video calling respectively.
Previously the company launched the Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 smartphone with mid-high range features, but this smartphone beats the previous models with its top of the shelf specs.
