Washington: The Facebook Messenger app has finally arrive on Windows Phones. It will reportedly only support Windows Phone 8 devices.
The dedicated app will allow users location sharing and easy managing of contacts on the service. It will also enable users to use other features like group chat, stickers, and picture messaging. The app will also enable users to import new contacts.
All the Facebook friends will be automatically added to the People Tab.
Facebook has announced on Twitter, saying, "Messenger for Windows Phone is now available for download."
Windows Phone users can also get the 4 MB app from the Windows Phone Store.
