Is Apple considering buying electric car pioneer Tesla? - Business Standard

Earlier, an analyst with German investment bank Berenberg, had also hinted towards Apple's possible of Telsa and said that acquiring Tesla could give revenue Apple long-term revenue growth that is unavailable from smartphones and tablets, Cnet reports.

Adnaan Ahmad had said that is radical and potentially 'transformative,' but the acquisition would radically alter Apple's growth profile.

According to the report, as Apple has already made inroads with the automobile sector with plans of integrating iOS into car dashboard screens, acquisition of Tesla makes sense.
