Thanks to several recent leaks and rumours, we already know that Samsung is working on a Lite version of its Galaxy Note 3 smartphone, which will be released sometime in Q1, 2014. Now, a UAProf spotted on the Samsung website has revealed a couple of key details about the smartphone.
According to SM-N750 UAProf (the model number for non-LTE version of Note 3 Lite), the smartphone will come with a 720p display, a considerable downgrade given the Lite moniker in the name of the smartphone, and Android 4.3 (we hope it is updated to 4.4 by the time of release).
Other specifications are unclear at this point but the phone is rumoured to pack 5.5-inch display, 8MP rear camera, and dual-SIM support. (via)
In related news, the full specifications of the Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 tablet have been leaked by SamMobile from the data gathered by AnTuTu benchmarking app. These are the same specifications, which were earlier leaked by AnTuTu.com itself apart from the newer Android version.
According to the website, Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 (model numbers SM-P900 and P901, P905) will come with Android 4.4, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, Adreno 330 GPU, 12.2-inch 2560x1600p display, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage (16GB version also expected). The tablet will also feature 2.1MP front camera and 8MP rear camera, and the usual set of connectivity options including LTE and 3G (dependent on the variants).
In another related news, Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 has passed Bluetooth SIG certification, which confirmed that the tablet is coming with Bluetooth 4.0. It also suggests that the tablet is getting closer to the actual announcement. We are hoping to an announcement in the coming weeks.
