These three products from Chinese tech giant look and feel good with the third looking a premium tab. Lenovo Yoga tablet 8, 10 and ThinkPad 8 tablet specs, features, price and USA release date

Lenovo is the biggest manufacturer of PC and laptop in the world. But now it wants to be known not just as a PC and laptop manufacturer but as a PC plus manufacturer. The company is giving its attention to the tablet and convertible products more and more following the sort of explosive growth that the tablet market has witnessed in the last few years. Now the market analysts believe that the convertible is going to be the next big thing in the market and the biggest PC manufacturer actually wants to be the market leader in both tablets and convertibles. Besides, the company is working hard to make a dent in the international smartphone market after making its mark in the Chinese market. Lenovo is the third largest smartphone maker in Chinese market and now it is working out comprehensive plan to do the same in the world market.

Lenovo's Yoga tablets come with a promise to make the use of the tablets all the more easier for the common users. The company has introduced multiple tablets in the market including Yoga Tablet, Miix 2 and Thinkpad tablets. And there is no doubt that all the tablets are going to create sensation in the market. The tablets come with everything that is sought by the tablet mavens across the world. The Yoga Tablet 8 and 10 come with as much as around 18 hours of battery life. The two tablets come with larger battery that make them look among the best tablets as far as the battery life is concerned.

The two tablets also look very easy for use as they are easy to hold for people who use one hand to keep them. The manufacturer has given cylindrical metal grip on one side of the two tablets which lets users hold the tablet easily for longer period of time. The two tabs also come with kickstand that can be folded in for regular tablet use, or you can flip it out and use the tablets as either an inclined ramp or as an upright display. Despite the two advantages the tablets are aimed at budget users and come with decent specifications.

When it comes to the bigger sibling of the Yoga tablet, Lenovo Yoga 2, it is also very good, mid range tablet that comes with great specs and features. It comes with a kick-stand that allows it to stand on one end, much like the Apple Smartcovers do the iPad, but also adds couple of other positions to make it more flexible. Despite the promises the tablet's 1280×800 resolution actually means the icons look stretched and blocky. Most 10-inch tablets manage at least 1920 x 1080. This seems rather disappointing as far as display quality is concerned. Even some cheaper tablets come with far better display quality compared to Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10. It also comes with 1GB LP-DDR2 RAM, and 16GB/32GB of eMMC storage that can be expanded upto 64 GB with a micro-SD slot making it a good mid-range pick for you if you want to go for it.

Then the Chinese tech giant has also come out with an impressive tablet ThinkPad 8. This is one of the best Windows tablets running on Windows 8.1. This looks and feels like a high end tablet due to the fact that it comes with aluminum body. The 8.3 incher tablet comes with 1920×1200 IPS display and gives around 8 hour of battery life, the same as other high end competing tablets. The tablet is powered by Intel Atom Z3770 SoC with 2GB RAM that make it perform faster than other similar tablets. Besides it has 128GB storage, 8 mega pixel camera and 4G connectivity options. It also has micro USB 3.0 port that makes it look all the more enticing.

When it comes to pricing Yoga 8 price begins at $199 while Yoga 10 priced begins at $275 and Thinkpad 8 price begins at $399. The trio is expected to be launched in US in the next few weeks.
