This device has been listed with online retailers for quite a while and as expected it has finally 'officially' arrived in the Indian market. The HTC One Mini, a younger sibling to the HTC One is now available in India for Rs. 36,790.
The HTC One Mini sports the same design as the HTC One, but it lacks its latest hardware. Nonetheless, this smartphone is quite well equipped and is certainly a good choice for those who don't want a smartphone with a huge display.
This HTC smartphones sports a 4.3-inch HD display with a 341ppi pixel density. It is powered by a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor which is clocked at 1.4GHz. Further, it includes 1GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage capacity and a 1,800 mAh battery to power all its operations.
The smartphone also retains the Ultrapixel rear camera from the HTC One, this comes with a LED flash and a BSI sensor, it has a secondary front facing 1.6 megapixel camera. The smartphone also includes Beats Audio integration.
In terms of the software it will come pre-loaded with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean which will be skinned with the Sense 5 UI, along with other features like the HTC BlinkFeed, HTC Zoe and HTC BoomSound.
While it certainly seems like an interesting device, we are a little concerned about its price as it seems much higher than its competing devices. Do let us know what you think about this device and is it worth the price?
