The smartphone keyboard has been developed to have personalised next word suggestion, auto-correction, and the BlackBerry Z10 and BlackBerry Z30 have improved audio feedback with distinct tones for specific keys like backspace and shift.
Sharing content has been made easier, with more accessible copy and paste functions.
It also has an option where touching "share" in any app provides suggestions on who and how to share files based on who the user has shared with in the past.
A 'Reply Now' function allows the user to respond to incoming phone calls with a personalised or automated message, when they cannot answer the phone.
OS 10.2 also comes with lock screen notifications and calendar enhancements.
