Domo has launched the Domo Slate 7-inch tablet for students today. The tablet is a budget tablet, with the latest Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 operating system.
Called the Domo Slate X-14 this tablet is powered with 1 GHz Cortex A8 processor with 512 MB RAM and Mali 400 graphics processor to support fast action on the tablet.
This is a Wi-Fi tablet with a support for external 3G dongle, for browsing. The table supports Adobe Flash directly in the browser. It has got a internal memory of 4 GB that can be expanded up to 32 GB with the use of micro SDcard. There is a 2 megapixel camera and a micro USB port. It supports HD videos up to 1080p.
The tablet is powered by a 3000 mAh Li-Po battery that charges via USB port and proprietary charger. You can also charge this through laptop or PC.
The Domo Slate X-14 has been launched at an retail price of Rs. 4990 with six months warranty.
