Microsoft on Tuesday announced its day-one lineup for the launch of its Xbox One console, revealing that it will have 23 titles available on the day the console hits store shelves. Around 50 titles have been announced as games that will fall in with the company's launch window — more than one-third of those will be exclusively for the Xbox. But during its announcement at the GamesCom conference in Germany, Microsoft did not say exactly when players will be able to get their hands on the console itself. Sony announced Wednesday that its competing console, the PlayStation 4, will hit store shelves on Nov. 15. Microsoft has confirmed that it will be launching in November to 13 markets including the United States, eight markets fewer than the company had originally announced in June. The company said that it will be offering European customers some games bundled with its console at launch and said the first game to be included with the device will be the soccer title FIFA 14. A digital version of the game will be included with pre-orders of the console, and the company said it will also be offering a future bundle that includes "Call of Duty: Ghosts" once the title launches in November. The company has not announced any bundle deals for U.S. customers, but including bundled games — particularly those that will work with the now-included Kinect sensor for the Xbox — could help Microsoft make up the $100 price difference between it and the $399 PS4, and maybe convince consumers to be less focused on the base price. The full list of games that will be coming to the Xbox One on day one, as it appears on Microsoft's Xbox blog, is below: ●Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag (Ubisoft, Ubisoft) ●Battlefield 4 (DICE, Electronic Arts) ●Call of Duty: Ghosts (Infinity Ward, Activision) ●Crimson Dragon (Grounding/Land Ho!, Microsoft Studios) ●Dead Rising 3 (Capcom Vancouver, Microsoft) ●FIFA 14 (EA Sports, Electronic Arts) ●Fighter Within (AMA Ltd., Ubisoft) ●Forza Motorsport 5 (Turn 10 Studios, Microsoft Studios) ●Just Dance 2014 (Ubisoft Paris, Ubisoft) ●Killer Instinct (Double Helix, Microsoft Studios) ●LEGO Marvel Super Heroes (TT Games, Warner Bros.
