Nissan India will unveil a new compact SUV tomorrow, 20th Aug in Mumbai. Named Terrano, it is based on Renault's best selling car globally, Duster. But before Nissan unveils Terrano officially, Twitter user @mrunalgandhi has managed to spot and click images of Terrano. With first clear shots now available online, we finally have a chance to judge this all new member of Indian auto industry. Expected to be offered with the same set of petrol and diesel engine options as seen on Duster, Terrano will cost more. This is because of the same reason why Nissan Micra based Renault Pulse hatchback costs more. To compromise on price increase, Nissan might offer a better quality interior. As far as exterior look is concerned, Nissan Terrano offers a larger looking body. Protruding front bumper with bigger headlights, aims to give Terrano a muscular look. Rear too is given an aggressive look, especially the lower part. Ground clearance is huge, giving you an opportunity to off-road.
