Swipe has quite a number of tablets in its pocket and almost all of the devices are priced around Rs. 10,000 or below. The collaboration with the MTV has worked well with Swipe and it already has a good line up of devices like the MTV Swipe Volt Tablet, Swipe MTV Slash Tablet and Swipe MTV Volt 1000. However, the collaborative effort has given birth to one more tablet called Swipe MTV Slate. The tablet comes at the price of Rs. 14,999. Let us have a look at the specs of the recently launched Swipe MTV Slate tablet: The Swipe MTV Slate features a 7.85-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1024x768 pixels which is an average display. The newly launched tablet is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor along with the support of 1GB DDRIII RAM. The tablet runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Looking at the specs of the newly launched tablet from Swipe, it is sure to face a direct threat from almost all major tablets like Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and Tab 3, Nexus 7, Asus Fonepad. Talking about domestic tablets, MTV Slate has become one of the most expensive one so far. Thus it will surely have a feedback on the price factor. However, at Rs. 15,000, the tablet is quite decent and the specs are also pretty good. ![]() via Technology - Google News http://news.google.com/news/url?sa=t&fd=R&usg=AFQjCNGErqv6nlUDoR2OX7Es-GITBHi8hw&url=http://www.gizbot.com/tablet-pc-laptop/swipe-mtv-slate-7-inch-tablet-launched-with-quad-core-processor-013475.html | |||
