Chennai: Japanese car maker Nissan Motor Co. Ltd's India unit said on Thursday that a fire broke out in a supplier warehouse near its factory at Oragadam on the outskirts of Chennai, and efforts were underway to control it. A Nissan spokesperson called it a "major fire", and said all staff were safe.
