Korean tech giant is set to flood the market. Samsung has introduced 20 Smart TVs with quad core processor in India. But price in unclear as of now. Samsung smart TVs are going to change the way we watch television. Both the quality and standard, besides of course choices of the programs are going to change in the days to come. Many people claim that our old chatter box is going to be history pretty soon. Though I wouldn't certainly agree with this speculative and highly exaggerative prediction, nonetheless I agree that things are going to improve pretty fast for the viewers of television and people who love to see the best quality displays on their television sets. There is no doubt that Samsung smart TVs will not just be more powerful and give better choice to their users, we can also expect their annual upgrades the same way we see them churning out numerous handsets every month and launching new generation handsets of their leading smart-phones. So there is no doubt that we should expect next generation smart televisions of F8000 and F7500, the same way we wait and wait for next generation Galaxy S handsets. Samsung knows how to keep consumers interested in its products and it is going to apply its experience in almost every line of product.
Sammy is very excited about the success potential of its smart TVs in the country. A top Samsung official in India S K Kim while interacting with the media said, "With the launch of our 2013 Smart TV range, we are looking to consolidate our leadership in the Panel TV market in India. We expect LED TVs to drive our Panel TV growth, with Smart TVs contributing at least 20 per cent of our Panel TV volumes this year". A report while talking about Sammy's F8000 says, "Watching Samsung's demo footage showed that the F8000 is capable of absolutely stunning quality. Images were almost painfully sharp and amazingly lifelike. Textures, whether hair, fabric or foliage, were crystal clear with no smudging…Colours were vibrant without looking unreal, and viewing angles wide. We noticed colours weren't quite as punchy when viewed from the side, but we'd imagine few people would notice this…Blacks were decent, as was contrast. In fact, contrast is given a boost by the introduction of micro-dimming (something we've seen on Philips TVs). Here, the processor analyses the content of the scene and is able to dim the LED backlight in dark areas to give better blacks". So things have become quite interesting as far as smart TV market is concerned. With so many launches Sammy is trying to get hold of the biggest market share. Will it succeed, only time will tell. ![]() via Technology - Google News http://news.google.com/news/url?sa=t&fd=R&usg=AFQjCNEaNAzmzi6BPBz1HIJVcMIOD0QNNA&url=http://nvonews.com/2013/04/10/samsung-introduces-20-smart-tvs-with-quad-core-processor-in-india-price-unclear/ | |||
