It is a great handset and will be loved by consumers in India. HTC Desire L with 4.3-inch display, 1GHz DC processor & Rs 12K should do well in India. But we are not sure when it will actually hit the shelves here. HTC has launched a great handset that is affordable and comes with very competitive price. If launched in India HTC Desire L will beat almost every handset in mid-range immediately and consumers wouldn't thing even once before going out and grabbing this great handset. There are multiple reasons why this handset will get so much rousing welcome and foremost of them all is the fact that this handset has been priced very competitively. Can you believe that a 4.3 inch Super LCD2 display, 1GHz dual core processor and all the goodies come for merely Rs 12000? Yes if you compare the Taiwanese price in Indian rupees, the handset will cost approximately this much and nothing more. But we are not sure if the handset will be launched in the Indian market with the same price tag that came in Taiwan or if the price will be higher in India. The closest handset from international smart-phone company is none other than Samsung Galaxy Grand duos that has been priced in India at Rs 21000. So comparatively this looks more affordable that we can even think.
But its shortcoming is the lack of front facing camera. As far as its main rear camera is concerned, it will come with 5 mega pixel camera.
