Sony Xperia Z Successor Possibly Outed - Tom's Hardware Guide

Apparently powered by 1.8GHz quad-core processor and 2 GB of RAM.

The successor for Sony's high-end Xperia Z smartphone, due for a worldwide launch later this month, has purportedly been outed.

Details acquired by Xperia Blog has shed light on a handset codenamed Sony C670X, with the ID of the Xperia Z being C660X. The anonymous tipster claimed that the C670X will be the next flagship device for Sony and the successor to the Xperia Z.

It reportedly features a full HD 4.8-inch display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 (APQ8064T) chipset with a 1.8 GHz quad-core processor, as well as 2 GB of RAM and an Adreno 320 GPU. Other features include 32 GB of internal storage and a 13-megapixel Exmor RS camera. Its OS is rumored to be Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
