These phones are a part of Karbonn's A-series of smartphones priced at Rs 3,660 and Rs 4,990 respectively. The Dual-SIM Karbonn A3 sports a 3.5-inch HVGA display and is powered by a 1GHz processor and 256MB RAM. Other features included in the phone are a 3-megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera, 512MB internal storage with a microSD card slot included, connectivity options like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and a 1,400mAH battery. On the software side of things, the A3 runs on Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread. The Dual-SIM A4 on the other hand sports a 4-inch HVGA display and is powered by a 1GHz processor and 256MB RAM. Other features included in the phone are a 3.2-megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera, 512MB internal storage with a microSD card slot included, connectivity options like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and a 1,400mAH battery. On the software side of things, the A4 runs on Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread. These phones enter a market where there quite a few phones being released these days and will compete against the likes of Micromax Ninja 3.5 A57, iBall Andi 3.5 and the Spice Stellar Xtacy Mi-352 among others.
