You get a full-size QWERTY keyboard when you need one and nothin' but screen when you don't. And if it helps you to stay in the Windows ecosystem, well, you need a Windows-powered convertible. This particular configuration features an 11.6-inch screen, a Tegra 3 processor, 64GB of solid-state storage (though I'm not sure how much of that is user-addressable), and Windows RT -- the apps-only version of Windows 8. It weighs 2.8 pounds -- a good weight for an ultrabook, but definitely on the heavy side for a tablet. Your local CNET hasn't reviewed the Yoga 11, but CNET UK gave it three stars. Their chief complaints: price, screen resolution, and lack of apps. Apps are trickling in, albeit slowly, and the price is certainly more tolerable at $598. As for the resolution, yeah it's on the lower end at 1,366x768 pixels -- but that's actually typical for any laptop of this size. I agree that I wouldn't even consider the Yoga 11 at $799.
