It has emerged that Nissan India has quietly launched a special edition of Nissan Sunny C segment sedan in Indian market. The Nissan Sunny special edition comes loaded with features like a new touch screen 2 DIN audio system, a dose of chrome on the trunk garnish, a rear spoiler and reverse parking camera. It may be noted that some of the features available with the Nissan Sunny 'Special Edition' are already available with certain variants of the car. The Nissan Sunny Special Edition has a black dashboard panel, beige upholstery and door pads and silver trim on centre console and door handles. Addition of features like a touchscreen audio system and a reverse parking camera are welcome additions to the car and make Sunny an even better equipped package. We won't be surprised if Nissan India soon launches some of the features of the 'Special Edition' across all variants of the Sunny C segment sedan. The Nissan Sunny Special Edition remains mechanically unchanged and comes with 1.5 litre petrol and diesel engine options. The Sunny sedan will soon get the much publicized XTronic CVT transmission that already been launched in India in the more expensive Renault Scala.
