The competition is going to intensify in the Indian phablet market. MTV Volt and Micromax Canvas A116 HD will compete for almost the same space in the Indian market Indian smart-phone market is expanding at breakneck pace. After leading smart-phone manufacturers, the market is being flooded by affordable handsets and tablets of all sorts. The phablet market is also becoming very competitive with entry of new players in the market. After Micromax, Karbonn and Lava, it is the turn of more players to launch their wares in the Indian market. The good thing is that all these players are launching affordable handsets for the consumers in the country, but the bad thing is that a lot of these products may not look reliable to consumers. But thankfully MTV Volt is a good bet in the market. Tablets came and started their rule. Now is the turn of phablets to turn on the heat. The market has seen so much potential in the new device segment that everyone is jumping in to cash on the craze. The latest being entertainment and lifestyle brand and TV channel MTV, which has entered the phablet market in partnership with Swipe Telecom.
